THE TEAM STANDARDS

The Team will always come first in both our thoughts and attitudes.

As individuals, we are willing to earn success for the Team through persistence and hard work.

We will bring honor to the Team in all that we do because we will always do the right thing.

We will maintain respectful relationships with all of our teammates.

We will constantly seek development because everyone has room for improvement.

We promise to have some serious FUN and enjoy the game!

I understand that only my best is good enough.

We will perform at no less than our absolute best!

Pledge of Commitment

As a player, I will -

  • Conduct myself according to the Team Standards

  • Be at every practice on time

  • Understand and respect the Attendance Policy

  • Abide by the rules and regulations associated with the league

  • Listen to instructions

  • Be willing to try new and unfamiliar skills and/or tactics presented by the Coaches

  • Express respect and loyalty towards Coaches and other players

  • Assert myself as a young gentleman

  • Demonstrate a love for practice and playing the game

  • Discuss any matters which affect the Team with the Coaches and/or Managers

  • Dedicate 100% of myself to this team, because I have made a commitment

As parents or guardians, we will -

  • Encourage my player to abide by the Team Standards

  • Adjust my schedule accordingly, in order to be at every practice on time

  • Understand and respect the Attendance Policy

  • Be responsible for Club and Team dues (which cover league fees, referee fees, coaching fees, etc.)

  • Respect the Coaches' decisions regarding control of any/all aspects of practices and games with unchallenged support

  • Refrain from making coaching decisions or technical comments during practices and games

  • Withdraw from engaging in technical conversation with the referee or opposing team *individuals will be asked to leave if this occurs*

  • Acknowledge that, as a member of Dallas Sporting FC, my child is obligated to this Team and cannot attempt to join another select/competitive/travel team

  • Support Dallas Sporting FC, fundraising efforts, Coaches and Managers 100%
